What certifications do team plans cover?

All team plans include full access to CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CIA exam prep courses — including lessons, quizzes, mock exams, and flashcards.

Can I add more seats after purchasing?

Yes. Contact us anytime to add seats or upgrade your plan. We will prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use.

How does the team dashboard work?

As a team admin, you get a dedicated dashboard where you can invite members by email, track each member's course progress, and see completion rates across your entire team.

Can team members choose different courses?

Every team member gets access to all included courses. Each person can study at their own pace and focus on the certifications most relevant to their role.

Do you offer invoice-based billing?

Yes — invoice-based billing is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. We can also work with your procurement team on purchase orders and NET payment terms.

What happens when a team member leaves?

Team admins can remove members from the dashboard, which frees up the seat for a new invite. Removed members lose access to team-provisioned courses.

Is there a free trial for teams?
